Tools are updated from time to time.  Check back to get the latest version.

These are the tools we use listed in the order we use them.
(If you can't get to some of the sites, you probably have a RootKit)

1. SmitFraudFix http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php

2. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

3. Clean out regististry BHO's
   A. Press windows key and "r" at the same time. 
   B. Type regedit in the box and click on "OK"
   C. Click on the top left where it says "My Computer"
   D. Edit - > Find -> Type in the box "Browser Helper Objects"
   E. There will be a bunch of entries in the "Browser Helper Objects" key.
   F. Delete all the entries.

Vista - Windows 7: Microsoft Security Essentials
If you think you may have a RootKit, try...
ComboFix:  http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

The last thing is to do an online scan here http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall7/

If you still have issues after that, you may need to call a pro.
